The shipping of your order is fast and it is prepared very carefully.

The works are shipped upon receipt of your payment in a secure package for works of art.

Delivery of works takes place all over the world.

If you reside outside the European Union, customs duties or import VAT may be required. It is advisable to contact your country's customs to verify this point.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs for mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland are indicated according to the size of the work.

For European Union countries, and for formats not exceeding 100 x 81 cm (formats that can be shipped by La Poste), shipping costs are free from 1000 euros of purchase. Above this format, shipping costs may vary and will be displayed on screen. If it is noted that the carrier is unavailable, please contact the artist to see if shipping is possible to your country and to find out the shipping rate.

Shipping methods

For all paintings not exceeding the size 100 x 81 cm: delivery of the works is by registered colissimo with integrated insurance via La Poste. The packages are secure for the works of art and the works are insured by the painter. A tracking number will be sent to you by email with the invoice, so that you can follow the delivery of the package on the Internet.

The artist insures each of the works during shipping so, rest assured, in the event of possible damage during delivery (extremely rare!), the amount of the work will be fully refunded.

The packaging is very careful and the works very well protected: the artist devotes a lot of time to packaging the works for safe delivery. Each painting is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then tightly placed in thick cardboard to support the work. Some works are sent in a special box for works of art.

For all non-standard paintings (from 1 mx 1 m format): This type of format cannot be sent by post, delivery is then ensured by the artist's usual carrier. The paintings are insured and the packaging is very secure. For all works shipped by carrier, no breakage has ever been reported for several years due to the good care taken in packaging the works. For paintings larger than 1 mx 1 m, the artist wraps the work in bubble wrap and places the work in a secure package for works of art. As a precaution, the artist also adds bubble wrap around the cardboard and films it for optimal protection. In addition, shipments are sent Express, meaning that as soon as the work is shipped, you will be delivered the next day. In any case, the artist will contact you before shipment to agree on the delivery date (delivery by appointment is also possible).
